Helpdesk Account Manager (ref code: AME)


M-STAT is looking for a talented Helpdesk Account Manager to join its team!

  • The Helpdesk Account Manager main role will be to manage existing and potential customer relationships.


Main responsibilities:

  • Manage existing and potential clients.
  • Deal with customers’ inquiries via chats, emails and phones.
  •  Assist the clients with queries and questions.
  • Resolve service related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Promote new services to clients.
  • Interact with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs.
  • Follow company general and security policies.

Must-have skills:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
  • TEI/AEI graduate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Customer centric approach.
  • Fluency in English (written and oral skills).
  • Excellent Computer Literacy / MS Office.
