M-STAT is seeking a highly creative and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team on M-STAT’s newly refurbished premises. As our department leader, you will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing successful strategic programs, directing a team, driving digital marketing, brand, P/R and more.

In this role, you will be working cross functionally, and achieving business objectives with a strong, data-led approach. You will be a mentor and leader for a team of highly capable and skilled colleagues working collectively to drive market awareness and pursue our overall company mission.

 

Responsibilities

  • Overall Marketing strategy development and implementation – inclusive of digital marketing, product marketing, campaigns, P/R and creative communication
  • Responsible of brand’s marketing management strategy
  • Responsible for a comprehensive marketing demand generation strategy including digital, web, social media and events that promote our services and generate leads
  • Own the initial customer experience as they enter our funnel, considering each interaction and touchpoint our prospective and current customers have with our brand, ensuring these are positive, memorable, and customer-focused experiences
  • Foster the trust necessary to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand advocacy through thought leadership outreach
  • Marketing Analytics and Operations – lead the team responsible for analyzing and continuously improving performance and communicating results to leadership via defined key performance indicators. This includes marketing operations responsibilities and other tools to build and deploy marketing campaigns cost & time-effectively
  • Create and execute a departmental budget plan maximizing our reach and overall growth within our defined markets
  • Utilize consistent data-driven insights to assess marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize performance
  • Develop innovative, new to M-STAT ways of delivering value to clients

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field. A Master’s degree will be appreciated
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role & proven experience of delivering co-marketing campaigns
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing operations and standards
  • Comfortable working with Data and Insights
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to measure and optimize marketing efforts
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong achievement and results-oriented mentality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects and creative ideas simultaneously
